I want to particularly mention Ruth and Charlie, both of whom provide not just physical care, but take time to listen and chat with her for a few minutes on a social level. I'm not that familiar with home care levels in the UK, but over here it's very much a case of "Oh, we've dispose / fed you, we're gone now, time to move to the next paying customer". I have seen no signs of that attitude from any of your team. I congratulate you on finding - and being a good enough manager to keep - such good staff. As I mentioned, I found Ruth and Charlie to be particularly great. I have seen my mother's erratic behaviour and know they will have come across it too, but they have remained calm and professional throughout; Ruth, with her care and understanding of my mother's needs, the day I had to leave to come home - she made a point of staying a while after I left to be company for her. Such compassion! Again, thank you for providing mum with that care.
